Add to organic steel cut oats (also known as pinhead oats or Irish oats), recommended Bob's Red Mill.
Blend flax seeds right before adding 1 TBSP to oatmeal after it has cooled some and let sit for 30 seconds or so.
Then add turmeric.
Preparation : combine 1 tsp turmeric with 1/4 tsp tsp freshly ground black pepper and 1 tsp coconut oil
Heat in small pan 30 seconds then stir into oatmeal.
Eat about 20 minutes before anything else in morning.
Then add to cooled oatmeal Ceylon cinnamon (true cinnamon, from the tree bark)
Stir in 1 tsp cinnamon and tiny bit of vanilla extract.
Let sit two minutes before eating.
Raw cacao nibs
2 TBSP when oatmeal just warm
Let sit for a while before eating
Combine with berries or lemon juice
Very effective:
Pomegranate arils along with raw honey
1/2 cup after oatmeal cooled
Chew slowly
Best one:
Ground hemp hearts
Dissolve arterial plaque
Prepare by grinding in mortar and pestle or coffee grinder
Let oatmeal sit 30 minutes to cool
Let hemp hearts sit 3 minutes
Don’t buy already ground hemp hearts
