Watermelon Margaritas

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1 medium seedless watermelon cut into pieces

  • ½ cup fresh lime juice

  • 4 tsp agave

  • 5 Tbsp sparkling water

  • Drink umbrellas

Instructions

Place the watermelon chunks into a blender in order to obtain 4 cups of watermelon puree. Add the lime juice and agave and blend again. Pour into 4 cups. Distribute the sparkling water into the 4 cups and garnish with drink umbrellas.


Piña Coladas

Ingredients (4 servings)

3 cups frozen pineapple chunks 15 oz coconut milk 1 Tbsp maple syrup Drink umbrellas

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together, pour into 4 cups and garnish with drink umbrellas.


Cranberry Spritzers

Ingredients (4 servings)

12 ice cubes 2 ½ cups of seltzer 2 cups cranberry juice 2 Tbsp honey 1 sliced orange

Instructions

Add ice, seltzer, and cranberry juice to a large pitcher. Mix in 2 Tbsp. honey and orange slices.


Pineapple Cobbler

Ingredients

1 oz strawberry juice 1/2 oz lime juice 3 oz pineapple juice Club soda

Instructions

In a mixing tin, combine the lime and pineapple juice. Shake well. Strain the contents into a highball glass over clean ice. Top with club soda and float the strawberry juice on top. Garnish with a strawberry.


Noapaloma

Ingredients

2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice 3/4 oz agave nectar Salt Q Tonic club soda

Instructions

Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave nectar together in a strainer and shake. Rim collins glass with salt and add ice. Pour mixture into the glass and top with tonic.


Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients

6-8 mint leaves Handful of fresh blueberries 2 oz of lime juice 2 oz of simple syrup Splash of club soda

Instructions

Lightly muddle blueberries. Add all ingredients and ice in a shaker. Shake and serve.


Sweet Sunrise

Ingredients

4 to 6 oz orange juice ½ to 1 oz grenadine 1 orange slice

Instructions

Fill a tall glass with orange juice and ice. Add grenadine and an orange slice to top it all off.


Shirley Temple

Ingredients

1 oz grenadine 6 oz Sprite, 7Up, or ginger ale Maraschino cherries

Instructions

Pour the grenadine into the bottom of a tall glass filled with ice. Then add about 6 ounces of the white soda of your choice to fill the rest. Top it off with maraschino cherries.


Baby Bellini

Ingredients

2 oz peach nectar 4 to 5 oz sparkling cider Peach slice

Instructions

Pour peach nectar into a champagne glass, then add the sparkling cider. Garnish with the peach slice.


Pineapple Mint Mojito

Ingredients

10 fresh mint leaves 2 packets Splenda 1/4 cup pineapple juice Juice of 1 lime 1/2 cup club soda

Instructions

Place the mint leaves and Splenda No Calorie Sweetener into a cocktail shaker and press them against it. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice, and shake. Strain into a tall glass with ice and fill the rest with the club soda. Garnish with mint leaves.


Appletini

Ingredients

Granulated sugar 1/4 cup fresh apple juice 1 Tbsp simple syrup 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice Apple slices

Instructions

Rim the cocktail glass with sugar. Pour apple juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into the glass and add the apple slices on top.


The Blessed Virgin Mary

Ingredients

3 oz tomato juice ½ oz lemon juice 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp celery salt Pinch of freshly ground black pepper 2 dashes hot sauce 1 celery stalk 1 pickle spear

Instructions

Pour the tomato juice and lemon juice into a tall glass filled with ice and mix. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Mix again. Add the celery stalk or pickle spear as garnish. Cross yourself before drinking.


Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

1/2 cup cold milk 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup 1/2 Tbsp corn syrup Chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Combine milk, chocolate syrup, corn syrup, and ice in a blender. Place excess chocolate syrup and the chocolate sprinkles on the rim of the glass. Pour into the glass.


Sparkling Arnold Palmer

Ingredients

5 oz fresh squeezed lemonade and a lemon wheel 5 oz seltzer 1 tea bag 1 Mint leaf

Instructions

Combine lemonade and seltzer in a glass over ice. Swish and squeeze tea bag and immerse. Garnish with mint and lemon wedge.


Mango Lemon Margarita Mocktail

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 6 Tbsp fresh mango juice or puree of one mango, strained

  • 4 Tbsp simple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 16 Oz sparkling water

  • Lemon wedge

  • 1 Tbsp sugar

  • ice

  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

Directions

  1. Wish together the mango juice, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. Put bowl in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Sugar the glass rims by rubbing the rim with lemon wedge and dipping it into sugar.

  4. Pour half of the cold mixture into each glass and slowly stir in the sparkling water.

  5. Add a few ice cubes and garnish with mint sprigs.

Blue Lagoon Mocktail

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Tbsp alcohol-free blue curacao syrup

  • 1 cup lemonade

  • 2 Oz Sprite or 7UP

  • (Optional) 1 small flower and/or drink umbrella

Directions

  1. Pour the blue curaco syrup, then the Sprite or 7UP into your glass.

  2. Very slowly, top with lemonade.

  3. Stir gently, add ice, garnish, and serve.

Blue Hawaiian Mocktail

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Oz Sprite or 7UP

  • 1 Oz alcohol-free blue curacao syrup

  • 1 Oz pineapple juice

  • 1 Oz cream of coconut

  • 1 fresh pineapple wedge

  • 2 maraschino cherries with stems

  • (Optional) 1 small edible flower

Directions

  • Pour curacao syrup, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a shaker and add enough ice to show above the surface of the liquid.

  • Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

  • Pour into a tall glass half full of ice cubes.

  • Add the soda.

  • Cut a groove into the pineapple slice and slide it onto the rim of the glass.

  • Place maraschino cherries on top with stems sticking upwards.

  • (Optional) Place edible flower on top of the drink.

Faux-jito Mocktail

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 sprig fresh mint

  • 3 slices lime

  • 1 Tbsp agave nectar, or honey

  • ice

  • 6 oz soda or seltzer water

Directions

  1. Add mint leaves and lime to a tall glass.

  2. Using a muddler or a spoon, mash the lime and mint well.

  3. Add sweetener, ice, and soda water. Stir to combine.

  4. Garnish with lime and mint.

Pink Panther Mocktail

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (be sure to stir contents very well to incorporate)

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp cream of coconut

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh strawberry sauce, homemade strawberry freezer jam, or this strawberry mix – you could also use grenadine syrup in a pinch, but the flavor will be cherry rather than strawberry

  • fresh pineapple slices and strawberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until ice is crushed to desired consistency.

  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple and strawberries.

Raspberry Mint Limeade

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 7 sprigs of mint

  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • club soda

  • ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the raspberries, sugar, and water to the pan, stirring to combine.

  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, reduce heat, and allow to cook for five minutes.

  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the mint sprigs to the pan. Steep the mint, stirring gently, about one minute.

  4. Remove the mint. If desired, strain out the raspberry seeds with a fine mesh sieve.

  5. Allow the raspberry mint mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  6. Once cool, stir in the lime juice.

  7. Fill a small glass with ice cubes. Pour the raspberry-mint-lime mixture over ice, filling the cup about half to two-thirds full.

  8. Top off the glass with club soda, giving the drink a quick stir. Taste for sweetness, adding more raspberry or club soda as desired.

  9. Repeat the previous two steps with the remaining glasses.

Roy Rogers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Oz grenadine (pomegranate base)

  • 6 Oz Coca Cola

  • 1 maraschino cherry

  • ice cubes

Directions

  1. Fill glass with ice cubes

  2. Pour grenadine over ice cubes

  3. Add Coca Cola

  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry

Lychee Mocktail

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 Tbsp lychee canned in syrup or fruit juice

  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves

  • 1 Tbsp Abstinence Spirits Cape Citrus

  • Club Soda

Directions

  1. Blend the lychee, Cape Citrus, and mint leaves in a blender to form a puree.

  2. Strain through a sieve into a bowl.

  3. Pour about a half inch of the puree into two glasses.

  4. Add ice cubes and club soda.
